Störtebeker Hanse-Porter is a beer with a strong character that takes up the legendary English porter style, which is characterised by its roasted malt flavour. This porter, which was imported to Germany in the 19th century, has become particularly important in the Baltic region. With its strong mahogany colour, hazelnut-brown foam and malty-sweet character, Störtebeker Hanse Porter embodies the tradition of Baltic Sea porter beers. Natural and bottom-fermented, it offers a Hanseatic experience with an original gravity of 12.5 % and an alcohol content of 4 % vol. The ideal drinking temperature is 16°C to bring out the full flavour.
