Störtebeker Pacific Ale is a top-fermented India Pale Ale with 6.5 % vol. alcohol and an original gravity of 14.9%, which develops its full flavour at 8°C. The generous hopping with the varieties Comet, Mosaic, Citra and Topaz from three different continents creates an intense aroma of mango, pineapple and citrus fruits. Pale barley malts give the beer its bright golden colour and a slim, dry drink. Thanks to the warm fermentation process, a tangy carbon dioxide is also produced, which perfectly supports the fruity flavour and ensures a refreshing drinking experience.
