Störtebeker Pacific Ale is a top-fermented India Pale Ale with 6.5% vol. alcohol and an original gravity of 14.9%, which unfolds its full flavor at 8°C. The generous hopping with the varieties Comet, Mosaic, Citra, and Topaz from three different continents creates an intense aromatic play of mango, pineapple, and citrus fruits. Light barley malts give the beer its bright golden color and a lean, dry taste. Thanks to the warm fermentation, a sparkling carbonation is also produced, perfectly supporting the fruity aroma and providing a refreshing drinking experience.
